Aaron Haddon Builders built our house we designed three years ago. He was a local with a great reputation.
We used an architect to draw what we wanted but they can never tell you the cost of building what they have so beautifully drawn. Aaron advised us on different and more cost effective ways of building what we were after - adjusting a few angles the architect had drawn up saved us a lot of money with no detriment to the quality or overall look of our home.
As building goes, we changed our minds on a few details and these changes were always taken on board, discussed, and handled just as we expected.
Aaron was available 24/7 to answer questions or discuss different ideas - this was extremely helpful as we both worked full time so alot of our discussions happened once we got home. This was really important to us and a much appreciated quality.
He always had his eye on the prize and was around to actively supervise his staff and sub-contractors.
We would definitely use Aaron Haddon Builders again for any building requirements - in fact we already have, two awesome kwila decks and a retaining wall....
